VoxFit
These terms govern your use of VoxFit. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
VoxFit is a voice-first workout and nutrition logging app. You speak what you did; AI structures it into trackable data, which you review before it saves. Some features (meal suggestions, coach notes, and future planning tools) generate content using AI.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create a VoxFit account, or meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that's higher.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
AI-generated content isn't professional advice. Nutrition estimates, recipe suggestions, workout plans, and coach notes are generated by AI based on what you log and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not medical, dietary, or fitness professional advice, and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified doctor, dietitian, or trainer — particularly if you have an existing health condition, injury, or dietary restriction.
Your content
You own what you log — your workouts, meals, and notes. By using VoxFit, you give us the limited right to process that content (including sending relevant transcripts and summaries to our AI provider) solely to provide the app's features back to you.
Acceptable use
- Don't use VoxFit for anything illegal, or in a way that could harm the service or other users.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI pipeline outside of normal app usage.
- Don't impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity when creating an account.
Availability & changes
VoxFit is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or updates. We'll try to give notice of significant changes where practical.
Termination
You can stop using VoxFit and delete your account at any time — see Delete account & data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
VoxFit is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoxFit and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above and notify active users in-app where appropriate.
