VoxFit
You can request full deletion of your VoxFit account and all associated data in two ways — whichever is easier for you.
Option 1 — in the app
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, confirm, and your account and all logged data are permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — from the web
No app or login required. Email support@voxfit.amitpile.com from the address your account is registered to, with the subject "Delete my VoxFit account." We verify the request against your account email and process it manually.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile information and preferences (sport type, goal, macro targets)
- All logged workout sessions and exercises
- All logged meals and nutrition data
- Any saved coach notes or AI-generated summaries tied to your account
What's retained
Nothing, beyond the minimum required to comply with legal obligations, if any apply. We don't keep a shadow copy of deleted accounts.
Timeline
In-app deletion is immediate. Web-based requests are processed within 30 days; you'll get a confirmation email once it's done.

Contact support@voxfit.amitpile.com before deleting if you're not sure this is what you want — it can't be reversed once processed.
