How does voice logging actually work?
Hold the mic button and describe your workout or meal in plain language. Your device converts speech to text, then Gemini structures that text into sets, reps, weights, or macros. You always review and can edit the result before it saves.
Is my voice recording stored anywhere?
No. Speech-to-text happens on your device or browser; VoxFit only ever processes the resulting text transcript. Raw audio is never uploaded or stored.
Which platforms does VoxFit run on?
VoxFit runs today as a web app at voxfit.amitpile.com — install it to your home screen and it behaves like a native app. Dedicated Android and iOS apps are in progress; see the platforms section to get notified.
Does VoxFit work offline?
Not yet — logging currently requires a connection so the AI parsing step can run. Offline-first logging with background sync is on the roadmap.
Is VoxFit free?
Yes, VoxFit is free to use.
How accurate are the AI nutrition estimates?
Gemini estimates calories and macros from your description the way an experienced tracker would — it's a strong estimate, not a lab measurement. If portions aren't stated, VoxFit assumes standard serving sizes and says so in the entry.
How do I delete my account or data?
Both from inside the app and from the web, without needing to reinstall anything. Full steps are on the Delete account & data page.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Open an issue on GitHub, or email support@voxfit.amitpile.com with what you were doing and what happened.
Can I request a feature?
Yes — email support@voxfit.amitpile.com or open a GitHub issue. AI workout planning and a progress/wellness coach are already in the pipeline.
